Healthy Dessert Recipe: Greek Yogurt Berry Parfait

Dessert doesn't have to be loaded with refined sugar to be delicious. This Greek Yogurt Berry Parfait is naturally sweet, rich in protein, and packed with antioxidants. It's a refreshing way to end a meal while nourishing the body God has given you.


Greek Yogurt Berry Parfait



Ingredients

  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced

  • ½ cup blueberries

  • ½ cup raspberries

  • 2 tablespoons honey (optional)

  • ¼ cup chopped walnuts or almonds

  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish


Instructions



1. Wash and prepare all the berries.


2. If desired, stir the honey into the Greek yogurt.


3. Spoon a layer of Greek yogurt into a serving glass.

4. Add a layer of strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries.

5. Repeat the layers until the glass is full.


6. Sprinkle chopped walnuts or almonds on top.

7. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and serve immediately.
